Lovely love seat

Loving this love seat that I found yesterday at a local antiques dealer.  I haven't bought it yet, but I'm seriously considering it.  Think it could look great in my living room, or as an accent in our bedroom.  If I re-finish the frame and re-upholster it with great fabric, it will have a whole new look.  The dealer quoted me $450, which is less than anything new that I could buy, but since it needs some TLC, I'm going to see if he's negotiable.

Dining Room

We just moved into our new home 3 days before Thanksgiving.  Our living and dining rooms are empty except for one Ethan Allen floor sample chair.  I'm focusing on the dining room first.  My mom is giving me her dining table, chairs, buffet and counter stools.  I had the dining room and living room painted in Pale Oak by Benjamin Moore.  I really love the color.  Now I'm looking for fabric for window treatments and possibly wallpaper for an accent wall.  The table and chairs are traditional, if not bordering on country-rustic.  I'd like to update the look with fresh colors and patterns that will suit my family's casual lifestyle.
