Lovely love seat
Loving this love seat that I found yesterday at a local antiques dealer. I haven't bought it yet, but I'm seriously considering it. Think it could look great in my living room, or as an accent in our bedroom. If I re-finish the frame and re-upholster it with great fabric, it will have a whole new look. The dealer quoted me $450, which is less than anything new that I could buy, but since it needs some TLC, I'm going to see if he's negotiable.

Waited a few months, and bought it for $350 cash! Next step is to have the frame refinished and reupholster it. Waiting on a new sofa before I decide on fabric for the love seat.
